Mom and Dad took me to Forest Park for the first time today! The weather is georgous! (a windy 70 degrees) so off to the park we went. Dad suggested we go to the zoo today, but after 2 minutes on the highway and 40 minutes looking for a parking spot, Mom and Dad changed their mind. It seems all of St. Louis decided to head to the zoo today.
Instead we found a parking spot by the visitors center and took a nice long walk by the Grand Basin and Art Hill. Further proof that all of St. Louis was in Forest Park today, we ran into Mom's uncles Pat and Dennis, Aunt Kathy McG and Mom's cousin Mia and second cousin once removed Jamison! (Ade, did I get that family relation right?)
What a beautiful day! We have to enjoy it now, because by this time tomorrow it will be in the snowy 30s! Gotta love that STL weather!

That must have been some pretty awesome rain!? Was it like, "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs"? Giant pickles through your roof and all that?
